Refund policy

We want you to love your patch. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us at oursewingloft@gmail.com to start a return. Buyers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Custom and personalized items are final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
